We meet in an individual session in my comfortable inner NE Portland office and you tell me about the pressures you are feeling, the situations that you are currently facing in your life, what you want to be feeling and how you would like the situations in your life to change.
Usually, there are some unconscious processes holding your life in place, so we also look at your dreams (if you remember them), and the synchroncities in your life. We then start to name the underlying archetypal pattern that is active, and begin to find the small ways in which you are activating and maintaining this pattern. I propose some changes that your deep Self has suggested as a way to open the pattern and change your alignment into a new life.
Forming an intention to open to your highest potential, allows the Archetypal Forces to support and carry you into the deep transformational process of facing the sacred flow of life.
I hold a place of safety and security for these forces to pour through, help you to hear the messages from your deep wisdom system, shine a light on your dreams, and serve as a mentor into new territory, new patterns.
Combining Jungian theory, the Wisdom of Ancient Traditions, the New Sciences (Quantum, Complexity and Chaos Theory) and the teachings of the natural world, Archetypal Pattern Analysis works with your deep unconscious wisdom and archetypal fields of energy to create new pathways of connection to your highest potential. through this process you will find your birthright of love, connectedness and a deep sense of joy.
Shannon Pernetti is an Archetypal Pattern Analyst who has been trained in numerous traditional, wholistic, and transpersonal models of therapy over her 35 years of practice. A co-founder of the Portland Gestalt Institute in 1985, she recently completed 11 years of supervision and training with Dr. Michael Conforti, director of the Assisi Institute and has been named as core faculty of the Assisi Institute. As an adjunct to her analytic training, she has studied the ancient Indian wisdom of Advaita Vedanta since 1987 and Integral Theory since 2000. She is a gifted group facilitator. She is a co-founder of Archetypal Pattern Analysis Training Program in Portland, Oregon and is in private practice doing analysis, superivision, consultation and training. She is also the co-founder of Opening To Life, a healing arts center for over 25 practioners!
