People of all ages and backgrounds seek therapy to improve their emotional well- being and quality of life. Drawing on 19 years experience, my expertise is in helping individuals and couples develop more flexibility in their emotional life and ways of relating to others and the world around them.

Other information:

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Oregon. In addition to my graduate studies, I spent a year of post graduate training in the Advanced Psychotherapy Training Program of The Washington School of Psychiatry.
I work with both individuals and couples struggling with a variety of presenting problems: depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma as well as other issues.
